Brentwood Swim & Tennis will open on Thursday, May 22nd at 12:00PM. The Gator Grill will be opening at the same time, so pack up the pool bags and sunscreen. The pool has been waiting for your arrival!

THE GATOR GRILL
We have some exciting changes happening at the Grill this summer. There will be some changes to the menu as well as pricing. Stay tuned…
Due to back in school season and the shorter weekday pool hours, the Grill will not be offering any “fried” options Monday through Thursday, however there will be several hot options still on the “modified menu”.
Last call for hot food orders Mon-Thurs for the month of August will be at 6:00pm. All hot orders must be ordered by 6:30pm. The Grill will close at 7:00pm.

LAST CALL FOR HOT FOOD (until July 31)
Last call for hot food orders will be announced one hour before closing. At 30 minutes to closing, those in line may order hot food from the gill, but after that time, members will not be able to order.
Example: If the grill closes at 8pm, an announcement or “Last call” will be made at 7pm. Another announcement will be made at 7:15pm so members can get in line. Anyone not in line by 7:30pm will not be allowed to order from the Grill.

EARLY CLOSING GUIDELINES
In the event that the Gator Grill has made the decision to close early, our Pool Shift Manager will send out a text via RainedOut to subscribing members giving 30 min. notice to order before closing the kitchen.
