Brentwood Swim & Tennis App
Brentwood Swim & Tennis has a social app that can be installed on an iOS or Android device by visiting the app store on your smart phone. This is THE BEST way to stay informed as to swim, tennis, social and general club updates that are non-weather related.
Things you can do on the social app:
Register for swim & tennis programs
Sign up or RSVP for social events like Parent’s Night Out or our annual pig roast
Check upcoming social events
Sign up for Sat AM drills or reserve court time
Using your smart phone, open your camera and position the camera to scan the QR code. This will open the app store for your device and simply follow the steps to download the app to your phone. Make sure you allow alerts from this app so you will get all notifications moving forward.
Text Alerts: Real Time Notifications
Brentwood Swim & Tennis has teamed up with StringPing to provide text alerts to members across a variety of club related groups as quickly as possible. Below are two ways to join:

Scan the QR code(s) to join any of our notification groups
TEXT “ELITE” to receive updates on our Elite Juniors Program
TEXT “TENNIS” to receive updates on our adult tennis programs

TEXT “POOL” to receive pool news & weather updates
TEXT “SOCIAL” to receive notifications regarding upcoming social events
TEXT “SWIM TEAM” to receive swim team related news and updates
Scan any of the below QR codes and it will generate a text to the notification group you wish you to receive messages from.
Weather Policy:
For the safety of all, the lifeguards will close the pool to swimming and clear the immediate pool deck to occupancy for 30 minutes after hearing thunder or seeing lightning. Rain without thunder and/ or lightning will permit safe swimming as long as bottom of pool is clearly visible by lifeguards.
Occasionally, the pool will be closed for the rest of the day by management if visible weather and radar confirm the storm will be unrelenting at 7pm with 8pm normal close time.

If you wish to be added to the distribution list to receive all communication regarding pool, tennis, swim team, social updates and more please subscribe below. This is the best way for all (adult) members within a household to stay informed on all club news. If one household member (primary on the membership account) is already receiving the email communication, you do not need to sign up again. This is for additional household members to receive the same communication as well. You may unsubscribe at any time.
