The Soapy Mohawks are BACK! We love this band so much and are looking forward to them closing out the summer with the fun, family friendly rock and mellow tunes. Perfect for a summer evening at the pool.

It wouldn’t be a summer at Wildwood without our annual Gaga Ball World Championship tournament. We will organize teams of 2-3 will be grouped by age range and all matches will be refereed by our own Mr. Woody. Awards, photos and an epic water balloon fight will follow.

We know our parents need a night off from adulting, so we will be closing the pool at 6:30PM and getting ready for an “adults-only” swim-in movie! Pre-order the dinner special HERE or order from the grill. The Grill will remain open as usual until 8pm. The Grill also has several non-alcoholic fruity beverages that you can jazz up so BYOL. Movie starts at dusk.

The Late Season Fishing tournament is happening on Saturday, July 20th! Any child 12 and under who wishes to enter the tournament can sign up HERE at the check-in desk (starting July 1) or email Woody. Details below including entry fee, check-in times, weigh-ins and more still to come. Participants fishing both AM and PM sessions still need to check in again at the PM session. Anyone fishing just the PM session can check in at 3:30pm.

At 5:30PM, make room for our very special “SWAMPERS” who will be gathering and reminiscing about the good ole days. Make sure you say hello and thanks to our long-time, “seasoned” members who have seen this swim club transition and grow over the years!

Despite the weather last year, Forrest and the Trees still brought the house down, but we feel they need a do-over. They will be kicking off the summer with some 90’s rock music that is family friendly and sure to get everyone on their feet (or dancing in the pool).

It’s official!! The pool will be OPEN and ready for cannon balls and all sorts of shenanigans at 12:30PM on Thursday, May 23rd. We are counting down the days….literally!!

Save the date for our annual Easter Egg Hunt on the BSTC Soccer field. Start time will be determined as we get closer, and hunt times by age groups will be set as well. We look forward to this annual event and seeing all the smiles (and some tears) our our little Gator’s faces. More to come….

This is our last PNO before the bubble comes down! Please let us give you a night off from adulting and hand your kids over to us for an evening of fun. Sally is offering a weekly class at BSTC consisting of gentle yoga flow for all levels! Join Sally for not only a good stretch but also a time of rest and renewal for your mind, body, and soul. Classes meet in the BSTC Clubhouse (game room). Cost is $15 members/$20 guests. REGISTER HERE

Need A Break (after a long winter break)? Yeeeaaaah, we thought so! Register your child/children ages 5-10 for our upcoming Parents Night Out and let us do the adulting for you. We are excited to host first last Parents Night Out in the bubble this fall/winter season on Friday, November 10th from 5-9:30PM. Our maximum number of registrants is 45, so don't delay! We had so much fun the first time, we decided to keep getting our “Swampers” together. Come out on Thursday, October 5th for another gathering of our veteran (we’re not going to say old) members. The Gator Grill will be offering a dinner special or feel free to bring your own food/beverages (you can also use the grill to cook your own food). PRE-ORDER the dinner special HERE!

It’s time for a night of grown-up fun, so line up your sitters and come on down to the club for a swim-in movie night. We will have a movie queued up while you swim and socialize the night away, kid-free! Bring your own beverages/food, but the grill will be open (hours TBA). We expect no technical difficulties this time! Movie title will be announced in September.

Join us for a day of celebration in honor of Labor Day. The pool will be open from 10am-7pm and grill will be open from 11am-6pm. Activities TBD.

Come down to the club for a night of live music and family fun. The pool will be open for swimming and the music will be kid friendly. Bring a lawn chair and your own beverages. The grill we be open until 8pm.

Gators Give It a Tri - Kids Triathlon will take place on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Brentwood Swim and Tennis Club at Wildwood. This is a run, bike, swim event for kids ages 5-18. We are excited to host this fundraiser in partnership with the Nashville Dolphins. All proceeds will benefit the Nashville Dolphins.

The chip-timed event will begin with a swim in the BSTC pool, and the bike and run will take place on a flat course through the Wildwood neighborhood. This is open to both members and non-members. Register HERE.

Calling all lifelong members— those who remember driving up to the club in their Buick or changing clothes in the cabana after “the flood”. Join us for a night of food, fun and nostalgia! Order from the Gator Grill from 5:00-6:30 or bring something to throw on the charcoal grill. Bring your own drinks – no glass containers. Invite your old Wildwood friends to come as your guests and bring the kids to enjoy a night at The Swamp before they head off to college, high school or back to work.

We will spend this special day that honors our fallen heroes with all-day family fun. Festivities will include family tennis games, adult and kid pool games, food trucks, music and more! We will have a moment of silence at 3PM so we may recognize the sacrifices that so many made for our country.
