Assistant Pool Manager: We are looking to fill 3 assistant management positions for our 2025 swim season. This position would start on May 11, 2025. The requirements are:

• 18+/Completed college freshman year (minimum)

• Pool experience (preferred)

• Able to perform a variety of functions related to pool management

• Must have initiative, common sense, and a can-do attitude

• Strong communication skills, good with people and children

• Schedule flexibility (the more flexible, the more earning potential)

• Availability to work throughout the entire pool season

THE GATOR GRILL is currently fully staffed for the 2025 season. For future reference, applicants must be a minimum of 15 years of age. Please check back in January 2026 which is when we will begin staffing for the 2026 season.
